Как корейский партнёр меня обманул. Совместный бизнес. Первые шаги.

В предыдущей статье я остановился на том, как мне кореянка позвонила и предложила встретиться после работы, чтобы обсудить возможность сотрудничества, я не отказался.

Продолжаю.

Тут надо заметить, что с 1996 по 2002 в параллель работы в Самсунге я еще делал технологический бизнес с Японией (делали совместные НИОКР проекты для японских компаний. Мой однокурсник уехал после МГУ в Японию в 1992 и где то с 1993 стал делать бизнес с Японией с одним нашим общим однокурсником. Бизнес у них пошел хорошо, но в 1995 они расстались. Что-то там не поделили. И вот однокурсник из Японии связался со мной и предложил делать бизнес с Японией. Искать технологии, которые могут быть интересны японцам и делать НИОКР. За деньги разумеется. За деньги от японцев).

Это совпадало с моей внутренней миссией. Самсунгу не все технологии, что мне предлагали российские ученые, были нужны. Поэтому было много интересных проектов, которые были не востребованы Samsung, но можно их было предложить японцам.

Во-первых – не пропадать же добру. Во-вторых – всё равно ученые могли продать свои разработки. Пусть не Самсунгу. А японцам. В-третьих – всё-таки и мне тоже деньги лишние не помешали.

В общем, я согласился и мы за этот период сделали несколько хороших проектов. У меня была гордость что мы смогли сделать интересные разработки и продать не абы кому нибудь, а японцам (тогда мне казалось что это прямо такие боги high tech). А мы вот и этим богам можем предложить такое, что они сами не смогли бы разработать.

Но в 2002 мы решили расстаться c мои однокурсником и пойти дальше каждый своим путем. Партнер решил заниматься другим бизнесом.

У меня образовался такой вакуум. С одной стороны Самсунгу всё меньше и меньше были интересны наши технологии. С другой стороны у меня по-прежнему было много предложений от российских ученых и как то жалко остановилось просто их складывать в стол и не давать им хода.

И вот в это время раздался звонок от кореянки и на моём горизонте появился мой корейский знакомый. Вот так вот звезды сошлись.

Он мне предложил делать бизнес – помочь ему наладить бизнес в России. Он будет мне давать запросы из Кореи. Я буду искать в России партнеров и проводить первоначальные переговоры. Далее он будет уже стараться сделать проект (в начале это были проекты по технологиям).

Я согласился. Но так как у меня был опыт такого рода помощи моим корейским знакомым менеджерам из Samsung Electronics (они возвращались в Корею, открывали свой бизнес по работе с Россией. Просили меня о помощи в налаживании связей. И засыпали меня разными запросами), то я сразу поставил условие: каждый запрос будет стоить 50 долларов.

Тогда это были нормальные деньги. Да дело было даже не в деньгах – таким образом отсекались просто пустые запросы типа поинтересоваться.

Корейцы засыпали моего знакомого разного рода запросами (типа найти то-то и то-то). И если бы на все такие вот запросики реагировать, то просто можно было зашиться. А так четко было: запрашиваешь – плати.

Сразу число пустых запросов резко (в разы) уменьшилось. Стали думать корейцы – а нужно им получить информацию то или нет? Если нужно, то платят. А если просто так. Для интереса и общего развития запрашивали, то теперь за деньги не очень то и хотелось. Деньги иногда вот такую вот мозговую деятельность у корейцев стимулируют. В нужном направлении.

Этот опыт я потом стал в бизнесе с ними использовать.

В общем, стали мы сотрудничать. И стал я ему российских партнеров и клиентов находить и обеспечивать. Сам то он не мог. Теперь то я понимаю почему, а тогда не видел очевидных вещей. Опять слова поэта приходят на ум – Ахобмануть меня не трудно!.. Я сам обманываться рад!

И кореянка не могла сама ничего наладить. Она конечно исполнительная – но без креатива, без творческого подхода. Делает что скажут. Да, может настойчиво звонить и добиваться встречи. Но это такая чисто корейская и китайская черта. А больше этого – увы. По крайней мере, за всё время сотрудничества, больше этого умения (настойчивости бультерьера) я не увидел в ней. Может просто всё творческое в ней в зародыше убил, конечно, мой кореец — он такой деспотичный в этом смысле. Наорать на неё – это в порядке вещей. Типа должна только делать то, что я скажу.

Но это понять мне суждено было только намного позже. К сожалению. А тогда всё было таким радужным радужным.

И вот у меня в 2004 умирает мама. В Самсунге моя внутренняя миссия разрушена, пропала и сошла на нет. В 2006 у папы случился инсульт. Моё 40-летие стремительно приближалось (в 2007).

А тут как тут мой кореец предлагает мне делать бизнес вместе. Как партнеры. У меня типа будет свой интерес в компании (в его корейской компании). И мы будем вместе делать бизнес. Зарабатывать вместе. И сможем оставить этот бизнес потом нашим сыновьям (у меня сын 1994 года рождения – у него сын 1990 года).

И самое главное – он мне предложил идею. Которая стала для меня новой миссией. Я ею проникся и вновь обрел смысл от своей деятельности. Мне этого так не хватало.

Идея заключалась в следующем – мы вместе зарабатываем деньги и открываем два дома престарелых. Один в Корее. А один в России. Чтобы там могли БЕСПЛАТНО жить несколько стариков (ну, на сколько у нас денег хватит, конечно).

Идея мне понравилась. Скажу больше — она меня полностью увлекла. У меня вновь появился более одухотворенный смысл деятельности. Не просто денег для себя и семьи заработать (это конечно хорошо и естественно никто не отменял)  – но сделать что-то в своей жизни такого существенного.

Не знаю, читал ли мой кореец книги Экзюпери (думаю, что нет). Но получилось прямо по известной цитате этого французского писателя.

Как Антуан де Сент-Экзюпери писал: Если ты хочешь построить корабль, не надо созывать людей, планировать, делить работу, доставать инструменты. Надо заразить людей стремлением к бесконечному морю. Тогда они сами построят корабль.

Ну, а если не так поэтично, а более приземлённо и по менеджерски то: Если желаете построить корабль, то не созывайте барабанным боем людей собирать древесину, не распределяйте между ними работу и не отдавайте приказы. Вместо всего этого научите их тосковать по бескрайнему морскому простору

Вот мой кореец своей идеей-миссией заразил меня стремлением к бесконечному морю. У меня появилась возможность опять обрести внутренний смысл и возможность сделать что то стоящее, реальное.

И в феврале 2007 я уволился из Самсунга. С высокой должности генерального менеджера. С высокой зарплаты.  С руководства четырьмя группами (в подчинении у меня было 18 человек).

Я решил, что хочу опять делать что-то существенное и стоящее в жизни. И ринулся в волны частного бизнеса.
